Scope of Revisions: At Matrimonial Music, we strive to deliver exceptional musical experiences that resonate with our clients’ visions and emotions. While we aim to minimize the need for revisions, we understand that music is subjective, and occasionally, clients may seek modifications to achieve their desired outcome. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate revision requests within the constraints of the original recording and our musicians’ availability. However, please note that we cannot schedule a complete re-recording of the entire band or rewrite the song in an entirely different direction.
Vocal Mispronunciations: In the event that a relevant name or place is mispronounced by our vocalists in the final recording, we will promptly address this issue. Clients are eligible for a free re-recording of the specific section in question to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Re-recording of Specific Musicians’ Parts: If a client desires a specific musician or instrumentalist to re-record their part in a different style, the request must be submitted for review by our project manager. If approved, a re-recording fee of $175 per musician requested will apply to cover the additional time required. Please be aware that the entire song cannot be redone in a completely different style.
Mix Revisions: Upon the completion of music production, clients will have the opportunity to request up to 5 mix revisions to fine-tune the sound and ensure it aligns with their preferences. These revisions aim to enhance the overall quality of the song. However, beyond the initial 5 mix revisions, each additional mix revision will incur a fee of $65 to cover the additional time and resources required.
Communication with Musicians: We value our musicians’ privacy and are committed to maintaining a professional working environment for them. As such, we are not obligated to provide clients with the contact information of our session musicians. If clients have any concerns regarding a particular musician’s performance, they must communicate these concerns directly with our project manager, who will handle the matter with utmost care and professionalism.
Refund Policy: We take great pride in delivering top-notch musical compositions tailored to our clients’ needs. As each project is a collaborative effort involving time, expertise, and resources, all service sales are considered final, and we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. We, at Matrimonial Music, value our clients’ satisfaction and strive to create musical masterpieces that leave a lasting impression on their special day. Our revision policy is designed to balance collaboration and understanding while maintaining the integrity of the original composition and respecting the constraints of our musicians’ schedules. Together, we aim to make every wedding an extraordinary symphony of cherished memories.
