The production time for each custom love song varies depending on the project’s complexity and our current workload. Depending on a variety of factors, custom song orders take between 3-6 months to complete. We always strive to deliver finished songs as soon as possible without compromising quality.  

We accept wire transfer or credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc). Upon request, we can also approve payments via Venmo or Zelle. Once you approve the quote and sign the service agreement, we will provide you with all the necessary information to complete the payment process. Please note that we do not accept cash payments or checks.

Services vary between $1,550 – $6,750. Song quotations can include anything & beyond based on your specific requests. Our team can help you find the perfect song style that’s right for you. 

At Astral Voyage Studios, we strive to ensure that your custom love song perfectly captures your unique story and vision. However, we cannot make revisions by re-recording any musical elements that have already been committed to the song by individual musicians. In special circumstances, we may be able to provide minor adjustments during the song’s production based on the complexity of the requested changes and how disruptive they may be to the entire production process. 

We cannot guarantee the accommodation of any revision requests as they are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please review our Revision Policy HERE. 

Please also note that we cannot change or alter lyrics, except only in the case of a pronunciation error from the vocalist. If you have any specific requests regarding revisions, please contact your dedicated project manager

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a preview of your custom love song until it is completed. However, we understand that you want to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. For this reason, we offer a piano & vocal demo option that allows you to hear a basic version of the song before committing to the full production. If you wish to have a demo created first, please let us know, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

We do not provide direct access to the band. However, you will have access to a dedicated project manager who will be overseeing your custom love song’s production. The project manager will be your main point of contact and will be able to answer any questions you may have, pass along any requests, and assist with general customer support throughout the process. You can communicate with the project manager via email or phone, depending on your preference.

In addition to custom lyrics and music, we offer two main add-ons to enhance your custom love song experience. The first add-on is an instrumental version of your song, which allows a family member or friend to sing the song live during the wedding. Instrumental song versions cost an additional $X.XX 

The second add-on is access to the sheet music for your song. You can print the sheet music files out and frame them as a special keepsake or gift. Adding sheet music to your project costs an additional $X.XX 

No, we do not offer any services that will upload your custom love song to streaming platforms. Your song file is delivered as a high-quality audio file in both .WAV and .MP3 format. You can choose to share your song with your loved ones however you’d like, such as through a private streaming link or by playing it directly from your device.

Absolutely! If you feel that the musicians did an outstanding job, you can choose to leave an additional gratuity for them. Tips are divided and paid equally based on the number of people involved with your project, so everyone who worked on your custom love song will receive an equal share of your tip. You will have the option to leave a tip during the time you pay the final balance due. Thank you for considering to give extra recognition to our talented musicians!

Once you’ve placed your custom love song order, you’ll have access to a dedicated project manager who will oversee the entire production process and be available to answer any questions you may have. You can communicate with them through email or scheduled phone calls. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. 

We recommend that our in-house lyricists create the song lyrics based on the details you provide on our Story Sheet, as they are experts in crafting lyrics that fit perfectly with the melody and overall vibe of the song. However, if you already have song lyrics that you’d like to use, we can certainly accommodate your request. Our goal is to create a custom love song that perfectly captures the love and emotion you want to convey, no matter where the lyrics come from. 

Yes, we can create a custom love song that is based on an existing song or has a similar vibe to it. If you would like to create a spin-off or similar version of an existing song with new lyrics that reflect your own personal story and relationship, we can certainly accommodate this request. 

At the moment, our team of lyricists mainly work with English language lyrics. However, we do have access to Spanish-speaking vocalists if requested. We are currently not offering songs in other languages, but we plan to expand our language options in the future to better serve our customers. 

Yes, it’s possible to have profanity in your song. However, you must specifically request this within your Story Sheet details. By default, our lyricists avoid using any profane language unless otherwise asked to do so. 

We strive to deliver the highest quality custom love songs that perfectly capture the essence of your unique love story. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds if you are not completely satisfied with your song. Our team works closely with you from the start to ensure that all the details are captured and the end result is everything you hoped for.
